I’m seriously obsessed with coconut oil. It’s AMAZING! I eat it daily… spoonfuls of it… and I’ve been rubbing it all over my body after the shower, even on my face. It feels so natural, healthy and luxurious on my skin! It’s a fallacy that it’ll give you pimples… just because something is oily, it doesn’t mean it’s going to clog your pores! It soaks into your skin and actually repairs your cells and keeps your skin healthy and glowing! You can also use it on your hair! Ahhh! So amazing… Coconut oil contains lauric acid, which is a medium chain fatty acid. MCFAs are easy for your body to break down. YES! This fat is GOOD for you!

I’ve also recently become obsessed with oatmeal… I’ve been eating it everyday for breakfast…
I boil rolled oats, apples and raisins and then top it with almond milk, goji berries, chia seeds, cocoa nibs and cinnamon. Sometimes I add almond butter. Mmm… heavenly and healthy and full of fibre and antioxidants! Seriously, this is the best breakfast ever.
I’ll probably write another article on superfoods later. Because I’m a health nut and love spreading info on healthy YUMMY food! :)
